Warrior Body Blast

Warrior Bodyblast is a 45min circuit based workout consisting of tyre flipping, Battling ropes, weights, boxing, cardio machines, body exercises and much more.

At Ayrshire Warriors we train hard but more importantly have lots of fun during our workouts. We run beginners classes for people starting out on their fitness journey as well as more intense classes for people who have a bit more experience in the gym.
